MOLT was founded by Lance Moore, whose background includes work with firms such as AECOM, Tesla, FLAD Architects, and François Frossard Design in Miami.
His experience spans a range of project types and scales, contributing to hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and high-end residential environments.
This foundation informs an approach that brings together design strategy and experiential thinking developing architecture and interiors as a unified system. Each project is shaped to be cohesive, refined, and deeply lived in.
Influenced by hospitality design and his photographic practice, Lance’s work explores how space is not only built, but felt through light, material, and atmosphere.
Through MOLT, he partners with homeowners, builders, and developers to deliver design-led solutions that preserve intent and elevate the final built experience.
